What is the medical approval process like?
Complete a private online health questionnaire A licensed medical provider reviews your information If approved, the medication, instructions, and supplies are discretely shipped to your home Provider support and Customer service support available to you throughout this process
Is the medication included in any of the plans?
Yes it is! You will be charged $399 for the plan that includes CompoundedSemaglutide or $499 for the plan that includes Compounded Tirzepatide, if approved.
What if I am not approved?
You will receive a full refund.
What is the timeline after medical approval?
Approved prescriptions will ship within 5-7 business days for the medication to be prepared and allow 2 days for transit time after it has been picked up by carrier.
Refund Eligibility
If the patient completes a telehealth visit and a prescription order has been submitted and the patient desires to cancel the prescription order, Brello will issue a refund of the total amountpaid by the patient minus a $50 service fee only if the patient provides Brello written noticevia email at info@brellohealth.com on the same day as the telehealth visit.
Replacement Policy
At Brello, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If your medication is lost in transit, we’re happy to work with our partner pharmacy to send you a replacement at no extra cost. However, please note that if a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, to the address provided, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a replacement due to a recent rise in fraudulent claims.
