All 3-month plans renew every 11 weeks. Renewal rates are the same as the initial charge for the applicable plan.

  2. 6-Month Plan Pricing and Renewal Terms. You will be charged the applicable rate for the plan selected at checkout as set forth below. Your subscription will automatically renew at the same rate on the renewal cycle corresponding to your plan. You may cancel at any time.

    Medication-Only Plans (6-Month)
    • Compounded Tirzepatide – $894 (renews every 22 weeks)

Shipping Note: Your 6-month plan will be delivered in two separate shipments. If approved, your first shipment will arrive within 3–5 business days and include your first 3 months of treatment. Your second shipment will be sent approximately 11 weeks later.

Note: If you are not approved for renewal by the healthcare provider, you will receive a refund of the full renewal charge. The $50 professional fee is not charged on a renewal that is not approved.

All 6-month plans renew every 22 weeks. Renewal rates are the same as the initial charge for the applicable plan.

  3. Intake Form. To begin receiving medications under one of our plans, you must complete an intake form (or, for continuing members, a Follow-Up Intake Form). By submitting the intake form, you acknowledge that your information has been submitted and that the provider review process has begun. Your intake will be placed in the healthcare provider queue for review.

If the provider determines that treatment is appropriate and issues a prescription, your prescription will be transmitted to a partner pharmacy for fulfillment. Submission of an intake form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that any medication will be dispensed; all treatment decisions are made solely by the reviewing healthcare provider in their independent clinical judgment

  4. Accurate Medical Information. Please provide accurate information about your prior medication use, as healthcare providers rely on this to determine the appropriate strength. If accurate information is not provided on the intake form, and the healthcare provider issued a prescription based on the information, changes will not be allowed and refunds will not be issued.
  5. Cancellation policy: Refund of your first order. If you wish to cancel after your provider-led health review is completed and a prescription has been written, Brello will refund the total amount paid, less a $50 professional fee

This will only apply by calling 1-888-BRELLO-1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST, within twelve (12) hours from the time the provider-led health review is completed. Because prescriptions are processed within one to five (1–5) business days of approval, a request submitted after this twelve-hour window may reach the prescription at a stage in fulfillment at which it can no longer be canceled. Requests submitted after the twelve-hour window are not eligible for a refund.

  6. Stopping future renewals. You can stop future renewals at any time through your online account. To avoid the next charge, discontinue renewals at least 2 business days before your next billing date. Stopping renewals does not refund an order you have already placed.
  7. The Brello Transfer Protection Policy.

The Brello Transfer Protection Policy applies only to transfers of an existing prescription for compounded tirzepatide or compounded semaglutide (GLP-1 medications) from another provider. It does not apply to any other product or plan.

If you are transferring an existing GLP-1 prescription from another provider, you may be eligible for a refund of your first order if the reviewing provider does not continue you at or near your documented current strength, as described below. To qualify, before your provider reviews your intake, you must submit proof of your current prescription to the telehealth platform confirming (i) the medication prescribed, (ii) the prescribed strength, and (iii) that you have taken tirzepatide or semaglutide within the last thirty (30) days.

Same-strength standard. Under the provider’s clinical restart protocol, a member who has taken tirzepatide or semaglutide within the last thirty (30) days is eligible to be restarted at the same strength as their documented current prescription. If the reviewing provider approves you at your documented current strength, the Transfer Protection Policy does not apply and your order will proceed. If the reviewing provider approves you at a strength below your documented current strength, or does not approve you for treatment, you may be eligible for a refund of the full amount you paid for your first order (and, where approved at a lower strength, you may instead choose to proceed at the approved strength). Because all dose determinations are made solely by the reviewing provider in their independent clinical judgment, Brello cannot and does not promise, guarantee, or represent that you will be approved at any particular strength.

How to claim a refund. To request a refund under this Policy, call 1-888-BRELLO-1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST, within twelve (12) hours of your provider’s decision, referring to the “Transfer Protection Policy.” If the prescription has already shipped at the time the refund is requested, the partner pharmacy will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the medication, and the refund will be processed in accordance with the partner pharmacy’s receipt and handling of the returned medication.

Exclusions. The Transfer Protection Policy does not apply if: (i) you do not submit proof of your current prescription before your provider’s intake review; or (ii) the provider approves you at your documented current strength and you decide not to proceed. In these cases, the Cancellation Policy in Section 5 applies instead.

Your provider makes all decisions about your prescription and treatment. Brello is not involved in determining your strength or dose and does not prescribe or dispense medication.

  8. Post-Dispatch: Due to the nature of compounded medications and in accordance with pharmacy regulations, dispensed medications are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your medication or suspect a dispensing error, please contact the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of receiving your medication.

Note: The dispensing pharmacy contact information can be found on the prescription label.

  9. Shipping Address. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. A refund will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered, or that are delivered incorrectly, as a result of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address once the medication has been shipped.

We recommend using a residential shipping address. Brello is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or other in-transit issues that arise in connection with shipments sent to non-residential addresses. See Section 11 (Replacement Policy) .

  10. Shipments: Subscriptions that have more than one medication ship together in a single shipment, where possible. There may be circumstances, however, including those beyond our control, that require the products to be shipped separately. For example, supply chain disruptions, inventory availability, or logistical considerations. In the event that the products are shipped separately, we will do our best to notify you in advance and provide any relevant details regarding the separate shipments.
  11. Replacement Policy Once a delivery confirmation is recorded by the carrier, the fulfillment of the order is considered complete. Please note that we are unable to reship medications for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a patient reports non-receipt of a medication despite the delivery confirmation, the patient will be required to pay for a new order but can file a claim directly with the courier for any lost or stolen packages.

  12. Not Medical Advice. Any information provided by Brello is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice; it is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. All patients must consult with a healthcare provider prior to the prescription or dispensing of any medication, which will be done only pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded drug products are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate their safety, effectiveness, or quality. Patients are encouraged to discuss the risks, benefits, and appropriateness of any medications, including compounded products, with their healthcare provider before use.
  13. Pharmaceutical Products. As a result of using the Services, you may receive information referencing certain pharmaceuticals. Certain pharmaceuticals may not be available in all jurisdictions and may require a prescription from an authorized healthcare professional. Any information provided through the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as specific instructions for individual users or as a substitute for clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Unless specifically prescribed or ordered for you by a healthcare provider through a synchronous or asynchronous consultation , Brello does not recommend or endorse any specific medication, tests, clinicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned through the Services. Reliance on any information provided through the Platform is solely at your own risk. Brello does not undertake any responsibility in relation to the quality of the clinical advice or the manner in which it is provided by healthcare providers.

If a prescription is ordered by a Provider following a synchronous or asynchronous consultation, the prescription will be sent to one (1) of our pharmacy partners. Our pharmacy partners will fill and ship the ordered medication directly to you. In the alternative, you may choose to fill the prescription at a pharmacy of your choice by notifying your Provider during your visit or through the Clinical chat. We do not guarantee any specific pharmacy services or pricing with non-pharmacy partner pharmacies. Patients are responsible for verifying pharmacy details and ensuring their prescriptions are filled at their preferred location. If you complete a synchronous or asynchronous consultation with a provider and fill a prescription through our partner pharmacy, the prescription product is shipped to you by our partner pharmacy; the cost of the prescription product is included in the plan price you pay. If you fill a prescription with a pharmacy other than our partner pharmacy, the Provider will send the prescription to your selected pharmacy, but you will be responsible for picking up or otherwise obtaining the prescription medication and paying the pharmacy directly for the cost of the prescription product. Note that prescriptions for compounded medications can be transferred but must be transferred to another compounding pharmacy.
