If you wish to cancel after your provider completes your health review and writes a prescription, Brello may refund your total payment minus a $50 professional services fee.

 

Please email info@brellohealth.com within 24 hours of your completed provider review. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Once the carrier confirms your package has been delivered, your order is considered complete. Because these are medications, we’re unable to reship orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

If you did not receive your package despite a delivery confirmation, you will need to place a new order. You may also file a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages.
