Director of Education | Clinical Content Reviewer
Stephanie Chan, PharmD, FDN-P, is the Director of Education and a Clinical Reviewer for Brello Health. A registered pharmacist and functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, she specializes in bridging the gap between clinical pharmacy and root-cause metabolic health.
Dr. Chan earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University at Buffalo and has extensive professional experience across independent, compounding, and medication therapy management (MTM) settings. While leading clinical initiatives for patients with complex chronic health needs, she saw firsthand how traditional medication management often missed the foundational lifestyle and hormonal factors driving illness. This led her to pursue certification in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN), focusing on how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and physiology influence hormonal balance and reproductive health.
Passionate about women’s health, Dr. Chan now focuses on “metabolic resilience”—helping individuals move away from restrictive patterns toward sustainable, science-backed lifestyle tools. At Brello, she ensures that all educational resources are held to the highest evidence-based standards.
“I am a pharmacist, but I am also a mom. I know that sustainable health isn’t about a thirty-day fix; it’s about building the metabolic and hormonal foundation to support you for the long term.” — Dr. Stephanie Chan
